Choroidal Folds are lines, grooves or striae which appear as alternating light and dark lines arranged in a parallel and horizontal fashion but may be vertical, oblique, or irregular. These folds reflect the undulations of the choroid, retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) and the overlying neurosensory retina and tend to vary in length and width.
